COVID-19 Shipping Updates

Please note the following changes to our service due to staff shortages and restrictions relating to Covid-19. We will continue to do everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible:
There is a delay of 1-2 working days on the dispatch of all orders.
Royal Mail have advised that USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, CANADA AND JAPAN are experiencing heavy delays due to backlogs in their postal services.
There is likely to be an increase in quoted shipping times for Royal Mail and DHL orders to other countries.

Royal Mail has suspended shipping to the following countries:
Caribbean Islands – Haiti
If you wish to arrange a delivery to one of these destinations we may be able to ship your order with DHL. Please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire.
Delivery to the EU
Delivery to EU countries may be significantly slower than the quoted standard shipping times, due to the implementation of new customs procedures and consequent backlogs. We recommend allowing 2-6 weeks for delivery, however this is an estimate and orders may be subject to further delays. Please note that if your order does not arrive after 6 weeks we may ask you to wait a little longer before shipping replacements, or recommend a refund.
Duties and taxes may be charged once the order arrives in the destination country. Cereal cannot take responsibility for this but we are working to minimise the impact on our customers. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s imports and customs policies before placing an order.
Please note that to avoid additional charges to our customers, tracked orders to the EU are currently being sent by alternative couriers to DHL.
Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All Royal Mail & Royal Mail International services are untracked. Tracking is available with DHL only.
Royal Mail / Royal Mail International
All Royal Mail delivery times are estimated based on information provided by Royal Mail, and in some cases, your order may take longer to arrive than the estimated timeline.
DHL orders are tracked and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.
You can calculate your shipping fee once you have added your items to your bag. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.
Duties and Taxes
International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. Cereal Ltd. is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.
If you live in a remote area, and you select DHL as your shipping method, your order may incur a delivery surcharge of £17.50. In this instance, we reserve the right to withhold your order until we receive payment for this surcharge from you. Please note that extra time should be allocated for your order to arrive.
Restricted delivery areas
Unfortunately, due to certain restrictions, we have suspended shipping to the following countries indefinitely.
