Delivery times


Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Royal Mail and International Standard Shipping


All Royal Mail and standard international delivery times are estimates only, and in some cases your order may take longer to arrive than the quoted shipping times.

Shipping to the EU

In response to new EU VAT regulations, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the EU. We hope to start shipping to our EU customers again as soon as possible. If you live in the EU and would like to purchase a copy of Cereal, please visit our stockist page to find your nearest stockist.

DHL

DHL orders are tracked and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.

Shipping Fees

You can calculate your shipping fee once you have added your items to your bag. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.

Duties and Taxes

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. Cereal Ltd. is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

Remote Areas

If you live in a remote area, and you select DHL as your shipping method, your order may incur a delivery surcharge of £17.50. In this instance, we reserve the right to withhold your order until we receive payment for this surcharge from you. Please note that extra time should be allocated for your order to arrive.
